We hope you’ll join us in our goal to live in harmony with nature through all we do. Members of Great Basin Permaculture get registration discounts on all our great events, which further the permaculture values of balance and self-sustenance.
And don’t worry… we’re not all work and no play. When you join Great Basin Permaculture, you get the chance to connect and mingle in the forum with other people who want a healthy future for our planet. By providing a space to share experiences, we’re helping to build a sustainable community in Las Vegas.
Have you ever wondered how much water a small permaculture garden uses? Check out our water meter page in the forums to see a recurring weekly breakdown of our water usage. We are currently working towards comparisons of Desert Southwest water usage rates for the average household. Check back for updates.
We are working with a local homeowner to transform their backyard into a Permaculture oasis. The focus is on water collection, retention, and conservation.
Please check out our various pages where you can experience our garden panoramas.
